<p style="text-align: justify;"><b>POSITION SUMMARY: </b> Marketing Associate is a marketing professional responsible for the company's marketing communications activities with the goal of establishing and improving its competitive positioning in the market to support sales lead generation. Researches and analyses demographics, pricing schedules, market trends, competitor products, and other information relevant to the company’s marketing objectives. Uses marketing expertise to help direct strategy and planning for promotional materials, sales tactics, and other department activities. Creates and develops new campaigns, advertising copy, and other marketing materials. Giving strategic decision-making by providing actionable recommendations based on assessments of markets and competitors, both existing and potential. Will be supporting the Business Development team by identifying and collecting appropriate client, competitor, market, economic, financial and/or operational data. Perform qualitative data analysis of markets and competitors and translate data into executable and effective market and intelligence reports.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><br></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><b>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Researches and analyses a variety of marketing information, including market trends, pricing schedules, competitor offerings, product specifications, and demographic data</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Develops new marketing strategies and campaigns based on detailed analysis of market forces</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Identifies the appropriate media channels where each product or service's marketing materials can be delivered to the market</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Acts as a go-to resource for up-to-date, accurate research and market information. </p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Tracks marketing strategy results closely and creates detailed reports with data analysis and other feedback.</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Adjusts marketing plans as needed in response to data tracking efforts.</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies. </p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Establishing goals and objectives in order to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional).</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Creating marketing materials for our website and other marketing platforms.</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Assisting with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Monitor and report market and competitor events and implications, conduct market sizing and identify new markets and business opportunities.</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Reports findings and results to upper management and executive</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Conduct broad data analysis to understand market, sales, vendor pricing by brand portfolio</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Performs thorough, systematic analysis of key industry trends; the general social economic and political environment; legal and regulatory issues; client; current and potential competitors.</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Creates and updates comprehensive industry, competitor and client models including, but not limited to, market share, growth projections and trends, and market forces.</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Review market and competitor data to uncover market opportunities and address business issues.</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Provide insights on competitor strategy, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks.</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Maintains up-to-date knowledge of data sources, evaluating their credibility and potential utility, and leverages them across the company where appropriate.</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Other tasks and/or duties assigned from time to time</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Will directly report to Business Development Director   </p></li></ul>
